The IPPF EN Regional Office is recruiting a Framework Partnership Coordinator / Advisor Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning

This is an open-ended contract (hybrid working).

Are you a skilled project coordinator? Do you know how to create and maintain knowledge management systems to promote learning and optimize performance? Do you want to work in a multinational team where personal initiative, creativity and passion are valued and put into practice? Then join our team!

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator, ideally with an (international) NGO background, to work cross organizationally to mould disparate strands of work into one comprehensive initiative, IPPF EN’s new Framework Partnership Agreement under the EU Citizens Rights and Values Programme. You will also contribute to and support a strengthened knowledge sharing and learning culture (organizational and programmatic) in the region and across IPPF.

Profile: Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience (project coordination, M&E, organisational learning, knowledge management) and evidence of professional contribution to the creation and maintenance of knowledge management systems and/or processes which promote learning and optimise performance. Bonus points if you have experience in the coordination/ management of EC framework agreement and projects as well as gender transformative programming and policy.
