FREELANCEBUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST- Brussels +6 months - The Project:

Ensuring that the new offers are activated and integrated in the new architecture
Ensuring in our systems the access to the products/services the customer is entitled on based on the subscribed new offer
Define the business rules cross packages (upselling/downselling)
Change Management to support the transition from a project mode - to a daily operation
Provide/adapt the reporting to measures and monitor the effectiveness of the offering

Profiles

FREELANCE BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST - Brussels +6 months - The Profile:

Identify the concrete needs and expectations of the business stakeholders with the support of the internal business SPOC’s and other business analysts
Complete definition of data elements and business rules with data owners
Maintain, expand and document the Business Information Model (BIM) and the business process Model using BPMN
Define the test scenarios and ensure the follow-up of the test results with the business.
Support the change management with communication, awareness, and training on new processes benefits.
Organize demos and training sessions with the users to secure empowerment and autonomy of business in using the reports / dashboards
