Senior Full-Stack Developer – Oostkamp, Belgium

Salary & Benefits: €50,000–€60,000 base + performance bonus, company car, medical insurance, pension, and hybrid, flexible working options.

This company develops a cloud-native MIS/ERP platform that powers sales, production, and management for packaging and printing businesses worldwide. Their all-in-one SaaS solution brings automation, precision, and efficiency to an industry in transformation, giving customers the data and control they need to scale profitably.

As their next Senior Full-Stack Developer, you’ll play a key role in building out a new generation of their platform, leveraging the latest technologies to deliver an end-to-end digital solution trusted by 1,500+ users across 17 countries.

What you’ll be doing:

Design, build, and optimize scalable cloud features across the full stack.

Work with architects, UX designers, and product owners to translate ideas into seamless software.

Apply AI-powered QA techniques and modern DevOps practices for quality and reliability.

Explore and integrate emerging technologies to keep the platform ahead of industry needs.

Take ownership of your code — you build it, you run it.

Technical environment:

  • Backend: .NET Core
  • Frontend: ReactJS, JointJS
  • Infrastructure: Azure, Docker, SQL Server
  • Delivery: CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation
  • Innovation: AI-driven development and process optimization

  • 4–7 years’ professional experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong skills with modern web technologies and cloud-native systems.
  • Experience with .NET Core, ReactJS, SQL Server, Docker, Azure.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Applied Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English.
