Functional Analyst on Train level Customer Handling - where the challenges at this moment are Onboarding and AML related topics. You will contribute to the focus points of Business Unit Belgium: AML (Anti Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Client).You’ll also see how we implement in our strategy and why this has

added value to our focus points.

You’ll be integrated in our Agile Release Train ’Klantenbeheer’ (= ’Customer

Handling’), as part of our Customer Management. Our goal is to give our

customers a state-of-the art customer experience, from the moment he

starts his onboarding, during the whole lifecycle, until the ending of his

customer relationship. Terms like ’personalised’, ’frictionless’, STP, are top

of our mind.

As a Functional Analyst (short: FA), you fill the gap between our business

and IT colleagues; you work actively on new features and the refinement of

the requirements that are needed in our applications. You are able to turn

process flows into user stories and to draw the functional designs. You

update our documentation in a qualitative way. You aim stability in our

processes and techniques.

The functional analyst is an important bridge between business and ICT.

You’ll come in contact with a wide range of technologies, frameworks and

substantive product knowledge of mobile banking, website, e-commerce

… and this for the different customer segments. You will be responsible

for the functional analysis of components and processes so that these

cover the needs of the business colleagues without losing sight of the IT-needs. As an analyst you make the functional analysis which you

document, discuss with business and hand over to the developers of the

team.
  • Experienced functional analyst in banking sector
  • JIRA, mainframe, Agile
  • Who won’t get discouraged by changing priorities or constraints and will search for solutions
  • With a focus on quality, performance, security and stability
  • You have experience within a multi-functional team and you can cope with interfacing teams.
  • You are customer and solution oriented and you would like to dive into process and/or organizational questions.
  • You are willing to continuously learn and are open to innovation: you are interested in digital trends.
  • You don’t have any problem to express yourself in Dutch and English.
  • Experience is a plus (of course), but mainly we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, enthusiastic vibe, analytical mind, interest in Mobile and clearing things out and a hands on mentality …
