Context of the mission/Objective(s) of the job

Analytically strong Functional/Technical Analyst with expertise in invoicing and accounting software, payment follow-up and API integrations.

Experienced in analyzing software packages, translating functional requirements into technical specifications and supporting development teams with implementation.

Strong in communication with both internal and external stakeholders, including package suppliers and developers.

Proficient in functional validation and testing to ensure high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • In-depth knowledge building of invoicing/accounting packages and their capabilities foAnalysis & Integration:r payment statuses and payment follow-up
  • API & Technical Specifications: Studying API documentation and translating it into technical specifications for developers
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintaining communication with software suppliers and internal teams
  • Functional Validation & Testing: Testing delivered developments and ensuring correct implementation
  • Technical Support: Providing functional support to developers for efficient implementation

Requirements

  • As a senior generic Functional Analyst, you have over 5 years of experience in managing the functional design of information systems:
    • You create the concept and manage the planning for preliminary analysis and design phase;
    • You perform the functional analysis of information systems and draw up the functional design after the prestudy;
    • You support changes and enhancements from development through production;
    • You recommend and implement system enhancements;
    • You develop new program requirements and specifications to support specific customer needs;
    • You support system upgrades and resolve problems with current systems;
    • You analyse service requests to determine feasibility, technological changes, resource requirements and project time estimates.
