We are looking for a passionateand innovativeFunctional Analyst to join the team working on the client-facing mobile app at aBanking/Insurnace corporate.

You will work closely with the Product Owner, UX designers, vendors, and other stakeholders to continuously improve the Product and the experience of the clients, being end-to-end involved in an Agile environment.

YOUR JOB ????

  • Functional design of the applications
  • Impact analysis of the TO BE changes for the mobile app
  • Analyzing root causes of incidents and providing support to the business analyst and application manager

YOUR PROFILE ????‍♂️

  • Experience in functional analysis and technical coordination
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into business impact and vice versa
  • Experience with Finance is a plus
