As a Functional Support Agent you will guarantee the service and support of an entire IT infrastructure and application landscape. The client has approximately 4500 users that can count on you for remote assistance, support, coaching and training.

For our clients Functional team we are looking for a motivated Support Agent. In this role you are the first point of contact for our customers who have questions about our applications (give and take 40 applications divided into Sales and After-Sales apps).

What will you do?
  • After extensive training, you are fully proficient in the apps so that you can provide the right information to the end user. For this you are also ready to take on large dose of
self-study and can learn from concrete cases.
  • You become a admin master of certain apps. You are the person of contact for your colleagues and teams within the IT department.
  • You will answer the phone in a professional manner by identifying the person, make a thorough analysis of the problem and process all the information in a ticketing system.
  • If there is some time between calls you can process the tickets that arrive via the IT portal.
  • Of course if possible you provide the immediate solution. If you don’t know the answer you forward your call to a colleague.
You are:
  • Strong in communication and succeed in guiding the end user in a simple and constructive language
  • By nature someone who wants to help people and has a lot of patience
  • You have good application sense and have a good analytical mind
  • Assertive and eager to learn
  • You have critical eye and wor with necessary precision
  • You can be independent and can handle some pressure
  • You can express yourself in Dutch, French and English
  • If you have a previous experience in app support that is a plus!
