  • NAV Calculation and Reporting ;
  • Checking automated transactions flows and, when needed, manually booking transactions ;
  • Overseeing all elements having an impact on the NAV : stock prices, interests on bonds and cash accounts, exchange rates, corporate actions, etc. ;
  • Reconciling cash accounts and portfolios ;
  • Providing reporting to clients, financial authorities, auditor, etc. ;
  • Team spirit and client focus ;
  • Maintaining good relationships with our clients and counterparts and answering their specific requests ;
  • Participating in the organization by taking initiatives and committing to projects ;
  • Escalating all issues and outstanding work to the hierarchy.

Your profile

  • You are fluent in English and Dutch or French ;
  • You regularly work with Excel and Access ;
  • You show good client focus skills and you always aim for high quality ;
  • You have a strong sense of priorities and a knack for organization ;
  • You respect compliance rules, you follow instructions and procedures ;
  • You are flexible and rigorous in all situations.
