We’re currently looking for an experienced GL Accountant to join a renowned energy company located in Brussels.

One of our clients, a leader-market active in the energy industry is currently looking for the best an experienced GL Accountant to reinforce its Shared Service Center GL team based in Brussels. You will have the opportunity to occupy a challenging role with many responsibilities while developing your expertise and skills even more on a daily.

Function :

You will work with a small team of GL and be responsible for :

  • Monthly and annual closing
  • Consolidation reporting
  • Financial statements
  • Analysing and dealing with mistakes
  • Verifying journal entries
  • Being the middlemen for external partners

Profile :

  • At least a bachelor in accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • You are Dutch-speaker and you have good knowledge of English
  • A first experience with SAP is a plus
  • Proactive and motivated, you do everything to deliver a qualitative work
  • Being in contact with many external and internal partners, you have great communication skills
