Our Meeting Experience Business Unit regional Go-to-market team has been expanding over time and now embraces different functions working hand in hand with each other : pre-sales, Channel Managers, Channel Marketing managers, event managers & BDMs. As our Partners and Customers develop internationally, we need to expand and streamline our programs across the world and namely in EMEA, North America, LATAM and APAC. To support this worldwide approach, we are looking for our Global Channel Marketing Program Manager reporting to our Commercial Director.


Key responsibilities


  • Design new Partner programs with the goal of growing our Partner base, Partner sales and maximising our impact on the end Customer community.
  • Expand our existing Partner programs to all Barco geographies with the goal of streamlining our approach on a worldwide base in a context of a growing international Partner base
  • Support our worldwide GTM approach including Business models evolution, Market Plans, Promotions, Incentives, rebates and Customer project pricing
  • Co-Design growth programs with external stakeholders such as Alliances partners and third party companies active in partner program plans
  • Identify best practice in a geography and replicate when/where relevant
  • Own his programs from end to end starting with budget request & follow up, planning, local deployment up to KPI achievement
  • Act as program SPOC towards the internal team
  • Ensure that the local Channel marketing resources are supported in many domains: recruitment, training, program and tools deployment
  • Be the goalkeeper of our Marketing spend across all geographies in terms of funds allocation, quality of activities and respect of our budget with the support of our Partner relationship Management platform

Your profile


  • Master Degree in business, economics, marketing, engineering or equivalent by experience
  • 7 – 10 years experience in indirect channel sales Programs, market/business development, or related field in a IT/AV Distributor or Vendor.
  • Write / Speak Fluent English
  • A strong and assured communicator and presenter, who is able to gain personal credibility with external and internal stakeholders
  • Able to articulate the benefits of the programs to internal teams and channel partners
  • Financially astute, Be bottom-line oriented, budget-conscious and metric/measurement driven.
  • A highly driven individual, possessing initiative and a willingness ‘to go that extra mile’, Incumbent is goal oriented with a sense of urgency
  • Can adopt a disciplined and organised approach
  • Can effectively work in a worldwide and cross matrix environment
  • Possesses a self-assured and outgoing personality with the ability and adaptability to work practically, reliably and flexibly, without the need for on-going support.
