Your team and your responsibilities

Parts Supply Chain Group’s mission is to d eliver the right product (service parts , accessories and information ) at the right time , t hrough lean integrated logistics , e xceeding Customer & Stakeholder expectation, w ith engaged members realising a sustainable future.

These parts arrive from different suppliers or plants all over the world to Diest (Belgium), where they are distributed directly to the final customer or to our Regional depots/ National sales companies .

Our Network structure staffs 1500 Toyota members , we deliver to over 3500 dealers and 44 regional warehouses within Europe, Belarus and North Africa .

Division Description

Y ou will be part of the project team within supply division.

Our mission is to exceed customer expectation by leading new model launches (parts and accessories) and overall supply projects without supply chain interruptions whilst maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders within agreed timeframe by engaged and empowered members.

Your Responsibilities

Claim & invoice handling/ reporting
  • Daily follow up on claims : send to suppliers , follow up replies and create status reports
  • Daily follow up on manual debet / credit notes : create on a timely manner in the system and send to involved stakeholders accordingly
  • Visualise all daily manual jobs and quantify workload
  • Study which tasks can be incorporated in current existing systems ( PowerBi , Sharepoint , Teams, etc.) and calculate potential benefit for all stakeholders
New Model Parts/ Accessories project management
  • Create a master schedule and visualise scope/status of each project
  • Process & monitor incoming forecast from customers and translate into Purchase forecast
  • Fill the pipeline based on business plan & market forecast and secure 97% Allocation Service Rate for New Model projects (including inventory management)
  • Follow up order status with supplier (backorder management) and follow up on customer outstanding inquiries with timely replies to ensure customer satisfaction
