To strengthen our team, we are looking for a HR Admin Specialist in our plant in Lummen.

Responsibility:

• Recruitment and selection of warehouse/office profiles.

• Personnel administration.

  • SuccessFactors (OneHR).

  • Time registration management (GPS).

  • Onboarding & offboarding of employees.

  • Absence management.

  • Monthly reporting.

  • Administration of international assignments.

  • Insurances (hospitalization & group insurances).

• Giving advice and support to employees.

• Training and development.

  • Administration and organization of training sessions.

• Payroll.

  • Preparation of monthly payroll data (+/-130 employees).

  • Flexplan.

• Responsible for global communications on local level and social initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent through experience)

• 0–3 years of relevant experience

• Fluent in Dutch and English (written & spoken)

• Experience with payroll agencies, OneHR (SF), and Emprova GPS is a plus

• Solid MS Office skills
