How we impact patients:

Our site in Brussels hosts the “Health Hub”, that takes care of bringing our products on the local market, which includes a variety of activities like the scientific support to our customers, medical follow-up, legal advices, price & reimbursement discussion, marketing and communication – just to name of few!

How you will contribute:

We are looking for a young Talent, to closely support and partner with the HR Director and the Commercial Lead, who also acts as Lead of an important project to review our Go-to-Market Model. The role entails a wide variety of activities, that ranges from operational support for the daily activities of the Commercial Lead & the HR Director to the autonomous management of specific initiatives.

It is a wonderful growth opportunity as well as a great way to get insights and experience in various business & HR activities and learn about our business environment, with the support of 2 coaches. Within this role you will be in touch with many business colleagues and collaborate with them to succeed in your assigned projects.

Some examples of tasks and projects:

• Organization and accurate follow-up of meetings and agenda’s
• Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and communications in preparation of key meetings
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to gather insights re important Project milestones and deliverables
• Coordinate Project deliverables
• Survey creation analytics and follow-up of change management program for the Project
• Organize & implement a Well Being Challenge & our Health month (October)
• Organization, coordination and follow-up of “listening-to-you” sessions in the context of the new Go-To-Market model
• Content cleaning & review of our main HR portal to optimize customer experience
• Review and update of policies (as needed)
• Participate to the development and implementation of the internal move communication plan (new floors, new look & feel, new office set up)
• The list is not exhaustive and we’re always open to new ideas, fresh perspectives and interesting insights!
• This is an individual contributor role.
• Possible location: Brussels, La Plaine.
  

What we expect:

The most important for us are the ability to take initiatives, work autonomously, share perspectives in a constructive way and a good learning agility. All the rest you can learn as you go, and we’ll help & coach you as needed!

We see this as a 1st or second experience after graduation.

• University degree – Typically (but not exclusive): Business, Marketing, Communication or associated
• Language Requirements: English is a must, combined with French &/or Dutch
• Sense of confidentiality & good social ability
