About Our Client

Our customer is an international company having presence in more than 30 countries and active in the distribution and supply chain industry.

Job Description

As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the following:

  • You deploy the global HR strategy within your scope and make sure it is aligned with organizational goals

  • You coach and guide business leaders and proactively discuss talent and performance management topics

  • You provide a professional and qualitative employee experience and ensure a smooth on-boarding process

  • You work on Talent development programs, succession planning, internal mobility, organizational design, headcount planning and liaise with the Talent Acquisition team and HR colleagues on a day-to-day basis

  • You improve HR processes when required and participate to transversal HR in Leadership development, comp&ben, well-being...)

  • You act as an ambassador of the company values internally and externally and make sure HR processes and policies are well implemented and followed


The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • You hold a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience

  • You have more than 10 years of experience as HR professional showing strong stakeholders management experience

  • You feel comfortable driving change when required and enjoy supporting colleagues and business leaders throughout the entire employee life-cycle

  • You seek a good balance between strategic and operational responsibilities in an international environment

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English

  • You show strong interpersonal communication skills allowing to inspire, influence and embark people at different levels of an organization
