Tailormade Logistics (TML) is an international organisation, specialised in logistics and transport. We characterise ourselves by offering a tailor-made service. Besides our headquarters, located in the Ghent Seaport, we have a network of branches both at home and abroad.

To support our growth and thus complete our HR team, we are looking for an HR Manager.

Profile:

  • You will support the management in the implementation and execution of HR processes (recruitment & selection, career development, staff retention, manpower planning, performance management,...).
  • Daily operational HR matters fascinate you.
  • You lead an experienced team of HR Officers/Recruiters and together with them you guarantee the continuity of HR services.
  • You anticipate the changes that take place within our organisation with the aim of lifting the organisation to a higher level.
  • With a strong business orientation, you act as a sounding board for the management and employees. Your influence helps ensure an accessible HR policy.
  • You actively detect what is going on in the workplace. The only way is up.

Competences

  • You combine a higher education with strong experience in a generalist HR role
  • Your experience in leading a team ensures that you know how to motivate your employees
  • You have a thorough knowledge of social legislation and were already in contact with payroll processes.
  • You are driven and experienced in soft HR.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French, and have a good knowledge of English.
  • Your adaptability and flexibility enable you to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • You have strong organisational skills and can keep a cool head in a stressful situation.
  • A result and solution-oriented approach typifies you. Hands-on in all aspects.
  • You tackle HR topics not only with a focus on results but also in an empathetic way.
  • Communication skills combined with a good sense of humour are additional assets.
