You will join a talented and passionate team in the smart industry sector as an HR Officer.
Responsibilities
- Payroll (managing encoding, timesheets, holidays etc.)
- HR Administration (contracts, addendums, up to date on HR legislation)
- First point of contact for employees regarding payroll & administration matters
- Support in Training & Development
- Support in Fleet Management (Mobility plan + classic fleet management)
- Support in Facilities Management
Must Have
- HR degree (Bachelor or Master)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
- HR administration knowledge
- Trustworthy, rigourous, detail oriented, sociable & problem solving oriented
- Good communications skills in French & English (Dutch is an asset)
Nice to have
- Experience in the engineering sector
- Work hard play hard mindset
- Sense of humour
