EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:


Essential Qualifications/Experience:

· Experience of HR administration
· Extensive knowledge of advanced functions in Excel: Power Query / Pivot, Power BI, VBA etc.
· Data structure / analysis knowledge
· Experience of creating and manipulating data from multiple sources to create Dashboards to enhance quality and accuracy of data
· Excellent knowledge and experience of SharePoint

DUTIES/ROLE:
· Provide HR administrative support to Head Staff Management Office and Resource and Portfolio Management team
· Develop, build and maintain dashboards from multiple sources to provide accurate and clear reports
· Pursue the needed information from different offices
· Have anomalies corrected
· Other related tasks as requested
