THEN YOU MUST BE CAPABLE OF

Switching between L1 & L2 support positions for undetermined periods of time.

Minimum 2yrs experience as ICT support engineer

Be able to contribute to the installation, maintenance and improvements of systems and hardware.

Usage and create scripts + see which tasks can be automated, manage security

Being immaculate in the itinerary of equipment including: maintenance and foreseeing replacements of hardware and systems

YOU MUST BE

Willing to travel around Belgium and Luxembourg minimum 4 x a month

Trilingual: NL / ENG / FR

Immaculate in time management & organisation

Very communicative and also exceptionally discreet when required

Able to work under intense pressure and maintain calm

Respectful and family orientated

THE BEST PART - BENEFITS

Salary: depending on varying levels of experience as a support engineer the annual salary can be up to 680 euros
