In that case we are looking for you as our new Implementation Analyst.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • In this role, you will be the liaison between stakeholders to understand the structure, policies and activities of an organization and provide solutions to achieve organizational goals;
  • At the same time, we challenge you to analyze the processes and technology, gather the business requirements and come up with proposals on how to continue working in a unique way;
  • Your expertise helps us to identify the risks, problems and opportunities and bring the managers along with you;
  • You will work with a team of colleagues to ensure the successful implementation of all Markets Transformation activities for the Western Region;
  • You drive change and are therefore also very good at stakeholder management;

ABOUT YOU

  • proven analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with good attention to detail and appreciation of auditing and reporting capability; ability to convert ideas into prioritized requirements.
  • communication skills and the ability to engage, manage and influence multi-national stakeholders – influencing behavior and decision-making based on business knowledge, experience and competence; you have the ability to gain, build and maintain stakeholder trust;
  • collaborative approach, able to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and facilitate agreement across multiple markets in a global structure, with that an ability to manage multiple competing priorities; correlating value of change against commercial and customer impact in a demanding, time-critical role and work comfortably within an environment of ambiguity and a high degree of complexity;
  • Experience creating, analyzing and validating business requirements and process flows using various tools and methods; Specifically you are able to make sensible adaptations where needed as you link IT and business interests and challenges;

you have experience of working in a development/project life cycle with a good understanding of processes and experience with Agile and Waterfall methodology;
