QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Delivering and transitioning a software application into live operations
IT project and implementation management experience
Supporting Identity and Access Management (IDAM) products and services
Has proven working knowledge of server hardware/software, deployed in data centres and cloud / virtualization environments, following best practices, including X500 directories, Windows and Linux operating systems, firewalls, networking, computation, and virtualization
Proficient in managing the software development lifecycle of an IDAM system

Responsibilities

Manage remotely the day-to-day deployment of the SOA&IDM middleware platform across different geographical sites and handover to operations, reporting to the SOA&IDM Project Manager
Coordinate the Request for Change (RfC) processes and interact with NCIA Change Managers and IV&V testers
Analyse risks and proactively report problems and suggest solutions
Attend change & project management meetings as needed Manage the development and deployment of an IDAM solution and rollout into operations
Evaluate whether supplier’s IDAM solution meets business and system requirements
Provide technical guidance and support to the NEDS Project Manager
Coordinate identity management issues with other Project managers that require NATO identity information
