Job Description:

Within the e-bus program, our client is looking for a mid-level Project Manager Depots to steer this introduction in the right direction and to take on the project management of the various projects with a focus on the technical aspects within the period of the roll-out of the EBS program. This in close cooperation with the other project managers and the program team.

• Defining project approaches, work packages and deliverables, developing, assigning and following them up.

• To be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, reporting and closing the projects entrusted to you within the E-bus program, in order to be able to deliver the identified project results within the agreed time, budget and quality

• Plant project fases

• Manages the execution of the project phases

• Monitort de project fases

• Exit the project

• Performing project management support actions:

• supports employees and business with regard to the management of actions

• monitors the coherence of the project agenda

• monitors communication with stakeholders

• guarantees the quality of the projects on a procedural-administrative level and in terms of carrying out cross-checks, reviews, etc.

• Coordinating the technical content and realization of the projects entrusted to him/her on the basis of his/her own expertise and project-based, with the appropriate attention to change management.

• Guaranteeing the quality of the projects on a procedural-administrative level and in terms of performing cross-checks, reviews, etc.

• Delivering and managing all project documentation (Sharepoint) (project letter, project plan, PID, risk register, issue register, project planning, budget, ...).

• Providing progress reporting by means of status reports and reporting progress to the Electric Bus Systems (EBS) Program Manager and the project steering committee.

• Setting up project teams and providing functional management to the employees who are part of the project teams.

• Exercising an overarching role within the project and ensuring contacts with the client, the steering committee and the business.

• Providing support to the business where necessary.

• Regular coordination with the various other routes within the E-bus program regarding dependencies, planning, etc.

• Organizing and leading working group meetings.

• Preparing and attending steering committee meetings

• Preparing the Board of Directors, cabinet meetings.
