The opportunity 

Goodman CE is looking for a colleague to join the Ops Accelerators team, a cross functional team focused on enabling initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence of the organization, by delivering solutions (people, process & technology) in the domains of business process re-engineering,business intelligence andinformation technology

What does the role involve?

Responsibilities

As the team’s Integrations Developer you will be responsible for the development, delivery and ongoing operational support of various types of integrations by
  • Analysing business requirements to determine the best integration solution
  • Documenting requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions.
  • Building standards and reusability in all solutions in collaboration with a global IT team to leverage and enhance a global development framework
  • Identifying areas for a turnkey type approach to acquisition onboarding/technical integration and implement a repeatable model that can be leveraged
  • Supporting stakeholders throughout projects to implement, test and deliver integrations
Who are we looking for?
  • Great communication skills and work across department and acquisitions to understand how source systems data will map to target state
  • You will be able to work collaboratively with a range of people to support the wider business agenda
  • A strong desire to learn, new technologies, capabilities and the business of Goodman
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement, shares lessons learnt with colleagues and encourages others to do the same
  • Be flexible in approach and being mindful of change
  • Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
  • Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement
Technologie Experience
  • MS Stack (Sharepoint, MS365, Dynamics, Azure administration including Azure AD, B2C, QnA Maker, Bot Services, Teams)
  • OpenId and SAML based SSO tools (Azure AD, Okta, ADFS etc)
  • REST / SOAP APIs
  • XML / XSL transforms / JSON
  • Nice to have: AI and ML in the MS Stack
