To reinforce our Health Safety & Sustainability team we are looking for a Internal & External Quality Compliance Manager EU.

Mission and Key tasks

As the Internal & External Quality Compliance Manager you would be responsible for the EU quality strategy and lead/drive consumer and customer centricity into EU.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the commercial teams to meet quality KPI’s.
  • Make sure Medical device reporting is executed.
  • Provide the sales/marketing teams with tools & capabilities to handle major quality issues.
  • Support the sales team with issue management, special reporting & analysis on consumer comments.
  • Implement a process to ensure quality compliance issues are picked up from the EU market.
  • Lead consumer complaints process owners network in the plants and sales teams.
  • Ensure timely quality performance reporting and train the EU organization on quality reporting tools.

Background And Experience

  • Master’s degree (university or equal through experience) in engineering / science.
  • Knowledge of Quality management systems as ISO 9001, BRC, IFS, Medical Devices …
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Interested in and knowledge of IT systems, mainly database-oriented.
  • Track records to show leadership in cross functional teams.
  • Analytical skills and communication skills.
  • Project management in cross functional teams.
  • Commercial and business insight in the market.
