Job Description

You will support the product managers on realizing their KPI dashboard in Microsoft Power BI. The goal is to set up a process that is as automated as possible in order to chart the realization of the various KPIs every month. In order to do this, an excellent knowledge of Power BI is needed. The design of the charts as well as publishing to the rest of the company are part of the project. A training in Microsoft Analysis ( SAP Business Warehouse ) will be provided. Depending on the progression of the project, a possible next step can be a connection to the international Business Units to link also margins, costs and profit of the different product groups.

Master data file:

Make an user friendly ( Power-BI or other tool ) to consult different master data for our products, that are maintained in different linked files. Look for easy way to update and refresh all data before the consulting.

Competitor comparison

Try to develop together with the responsible PRM’s a clear way to present competitor comparisons with data out of the current Excel files.

Lyfe-cycle – product roadmap

Development of a Power-Bi file (or other ) to present on a clear way the product portfolio of our brands.

Data of the training department

Construction of a tool to track and evaluate training progress of customers and own Bosch employees, with data available in the training e-Academy.

Qualifications

You are currently a student with a large affinity with data and database. You are able to work independently most of the time but also in a team. Moreover you possess excellent communication skills and you work reliably and precisely. One of your strengths is your excellent understanding of MS Excel (PivotTables, data imports and graphics) as well as MS Access. Preferably you have gained some practical experience already. A very good knowledge of English and Dutch is necessary.

Additional Information

If you are a student enrolled in a Belgian University/College you will be granted travel reimbursement and meal vouchers.

If you are a student enrolled in a University/Collegeoutside of Belgium (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside of your university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of € 850/month.
