You will be working for the Human Resources division, called People & Innovation. You will be part of the Planning team (which belongs to Business Innovation within P&I). Our main task is to deliver transparent and accurate data to P&I teams to deliver a strong employee experience and to drive employee data analytics through business intelligence.
Your project
Your role is to support building our foundation and to contribute to strong employee experiences. For this, your main tasks will be:
- Coordinate the Business Process mapping project
- Lead consultation activities related to business processes
- Consolidate findings and deliver a summary with a map of all processes and related stakeholders
- Support the Digital Governance project by feeding processes into the map summary
- Support in the creation of a TEAMS channel sandbox (proof of concept)
- Support in the creation of the Digital Governance rulebook for P&I
