Job Description

• Supervise inventory and Shop Floor Data Entry control (LE1)
• Coordinate the cold chain & ambient flow (In&Out) with external Warehouses
• Develop and maintain KPI
• Participate to the SAP setup
• Coordinate cold chain flow with external WH for the finish goods shipment preparation
• Coordinate ambiant flow with external WH for the raw materials preparation for production
• Supervise inventory cycle counts for Takeda storage areas (internal & external).
• Supervise shop floor data management (inventory adjustments, work order transactions and month-end closure related data)
• Supervise reconciliation between ERP (JDE) / WMS (Mild) / MES (EBM) & SAP
• Lead improvements in internal control systems
• Supervise and lead improvements on shop floor and inventory control process
• Lead investigations on scrap, rework and discard variances and report major one’s to finance
• Support SOX audits and is accountable for results and potential corrective actions
• Implements improvements for the WO process in order to raise inventory and WO accuracy
• Is accountable for documentation of exceptions related to inventory discrepancies + investigation and completion of action plans
• Respect monthly cut off procedures and coordinate with Finance to ensure all productions/material transactions are accounted
• Track/trace consumptions through W/O
• Support warehouse management activities for related storage area
• Develops new tools (metrics, reporting database)
• Develop the integration of SAP
