Job Description

Key-Performance is looking for a Junior IT Engineer that has a passion for new technologies, webservices and customer satisfaction. The Junior IT Engineer will be specialized in analysing the performance of our clients’ applications and online services. (E-Commerce, ticketing, banking websites)

Your tasks

Responsible for testing the performance and stability of our clients’ applications.

Follow up on technical blockers with your manager. Build and execute test plans to verify performance requirements.

Your profile

Essential skills:

  • Ability to quickly adapt or research to new technologies;
  • Excellent communication skills both with internal and external stakeholders while entraining a professional attitude;
  • Able to work both independently as well as in collaboration with other teams;
  • Very good command of written and spoken of English and French or Dutch;

Technologies:

  • Knowledge of web server technology and protocols, web services;
  • Basic Database knowledge;
  • Basic knowledge of Cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, GAE…
  • Basic knowledge of Kubernetes and microservices

Nice to have:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
  • Basic programming knowledge;
  • Agile/Scrum knowledge is a plus.
  • Advance knowledge about web servers’ configurations - Apache, Ngix
  • Basic knowledge and interest in test automation products (Dynatrace, Selenium, …).
