Are you an amazing IT Industrial Global Operations Managereager to join our IT department,based in our Braine l’Alleud office in Belgium?

As the IT Industrial Operations Manager, you will ensure that all manufacturing and laboratory equipment’s integrated on the IT Industrial infrastructure and systems are operated accordingly to our service performance, availability, and security standards. You will collaborate with the manufacturing and sciences teams as well as with various IT teams like the cybersecurity, industrial, manufacturing and infrastructure teams.

Your contribution:

• Provide leadership and daily management of IT Industrial related incidents and services requests, as well as coordination for problem management on critical or recurring incidents;
• Coordinate implementation of IT Industrial services and infrastructure changes, focusing in particular on impact assessment, stakeholder communication and change management;
• Maintain and own configuration and asset management processes for IT Industrial environment and supervises CMDB administration;
• Lead and guarantees successful solution transition to operations by coaching project teams in establishing service levels, creating SOP, KBA, escalation and responsibilities matrix;
• Own continuous improvement with operations metrics, establishes and implements policies and procedures to support and improve IT operations throughout the organization.

• Confirmed experience in IT infrastructure operations, project management, process design and management, IT service management, certification as a plus (ITIL, PMP),
• Experience with industrial environment,
• A minimum of 5 years of experience
• Bachelor or master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Telco or equivalent area,
• Fluent in English and French

Please note that this role will require your presence in Belgium once a month. Applicants outside of Belgium are welcome.
