The scope of the role offers you the opportunity to make a real impact, where you will be trusted to create the strategy and the implementation plan for engaging content and narratives which reflect the company strategy and direction, ensuring true engagement in support to the company goals. Therefore, the candidate should have strong experience in translating complex concepts/messages into visuals and presentations for various stakeholders (internal & external).
Main responsibilities
Support the day-to-day Marketing & Communications activities for Univercells Group.

Key tasks
    Contribute to the implementation of the MarCom strategy for Univercells in line with the company’s strategy.
    Branding & corporate identity: support branding campaigns for the Group & affiliates’ operational activities.
    Social media: run the company’s Linkedin, Youtube & Twitter pages/channels providing accurate and sharp content. Stay up to date with the latest trends & novelties around social media. Follow-up on metrics & campaigns.
    Internal communication: in collaboration with HR & MarCom, work on the set-up of an internal communications Newsletter, Intranet, Town Halls and other internal activities. Bring new ideas on how to increase Univercells’ internal communication awareness & nurture the company culture within the Group.
    Web & CMS management: see to it that the Company website is up to date (e.g., events, team members, etc).
    Corporate Events: be the point of contact for the participation to events across the Group. Suggest new events where the Group should have an active participation.
    Creation of layouts/banners/Ppt presentations/supports using the right tools, in collaboration with external stakeholders, if necessary.
    Intranet: in collaboration with the affiliates and other departments (such as HR), you will be responsible for keeping the intranet up to date with both internal and external corporate content. You will also develop and implement new ideas to improve the content and general structure +follow-up on metrics monthly.

Profile
    Bachelor or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or any other relevant field.
    0 to 2 years’ experience in a Marketing/Communication department or agency.
    Very good command of English and French. Any other language is an asset.
    Creative skills: you know the current communication tools/platforms and have proven experience working with them, especially Wordpress but also InDesign, internal communication tools, etc.
    Linguistic feeling & copywriting skills for marketing material such as brochures
    You have experience working on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) and can bring new ideas on both strategic & operational level.
    Strong internal communication and organizational skills to make the communication rhythm and the cooperation with the different stakeholders possible.
    You like change & flexibility and can combine different projects. You personally see opportunities and challenges and propose solutions.
