Junior Coordinator Learning & Development – EY Financial Services


In Belgium, the Financial Services division of EY, focused on clients in the financial sector (banking, insurance, asset management) has experienced a tremendous growth and we have similarly ambitious plans for the future; hence we are looking for a motivated colleague to join our Learning and Development support team.


Job scope & responsibilities:


At EY we are committed to delivering exceptional client service, and this also applies to all internal jobs; in Learning & Development, you will provide high quality support to the business in various matters related to trainings, learning events, etc, while reflecting the EY core values – integrity, respect, team work.


Working as part of a team, you will be fully dedicated to the Financial Services practice, with the main focus on learning & development for several departments.


Your tasks will include:


  • Plan and organize internal trainings
  • Identify the learning needs in the various teams
  • Update relevant information in databases and communicate via internal channels
  • Follow up on ad-hoc questions/requests
  • Forge a constructive professional relationship with colleagues from other teams within EY Belgium, and on the wider EMEIA level.

The skills and qualifications we are looking for:

  • Degree in office management or a relevant discipline, or equivalent by experience
  • Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with proficient level of business English
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Solid organizational and planning skills
  • Pro-active, client oriented, with a keen eye for detail
  • Well organized, flexible, result oriented.
