Junior Data Visualisation Developer

We currently have a vacancy for a Junior Data Visualisation Developerfluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Data Visualisation team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

• Architecture, design and implementation of user interfaces for presenting and exploiting data, and underlying data pipeline;
• Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users;
• Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting;
• Development in Machine Learning applications;
• Work with ultra-agile delivery model;

Requirements

• University degree in or equivalent field combined with 3 years of relevant working experience;
• Background in Data Science, Computer Science, Math or Engineering;
• Experience in Full-stack development using JavaScript, Dash, Flask and Django;
• Good knowledge of Python or R for data science, ML, NLP, and Scripting;
• Good IT technical knowledge in order to work with machines at low level, networking, security and Bash scripting;
• Very good communication skills, able to deliver presentations;
• Enthusiasm for development of Machine Learning applications, team-oriented with an open-minded attitude;
• Ability to work in an international/multi-cultural environment and participate in meetings with good communication skills;
• Excellent command of the English language.
