FOR OUR BELGIUM OFFICE BASED IN ANTWERP, WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN HR ROCKSTAR!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acting as a first point of contact for all HR matters from the Benelux Sales team
  • Building strong relationship with all stakeholders and act as an advisor for Store Managers and Regional Sales Managers in the Benelux
  • Having a solid understanding of Benelux labour and employment legislation
  • Coordinating the payroll administration for the Benelux with internal and external payroll as well as supporting the yearly processes of salary review and bonus
  • Participating in HR projects focused on optimization and digitalisation of HR processes
  • Administrative tasks in relation to onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Ad hoc tasks

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience from a similar position, preferably from a Benelux context and experience from a retail industry would also be a benefit
  • Self-driven and proactive with a pragmatic hands-on mentality
  • Outgoing professional with excellent people and communication skills
  • Bachelor / Master degree in a relevant field combined with several years of practical HR experience. Alternatively you have strong administrative background within HR Operations
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Ability to understand and articulate Pandora culture and HR business initiatives
