Description

  • You will build your porftolio of clients and candidates
  • You will actively source with various search techniques and you will select the TOP candidates
  • You willconduct interviews and support candidates during the application process
  • You will negotiate conditions with clients

Profiles
  • You are sales-oriented and have good communications skills.
  • You are motivated, stress resistant and eager to learn more about sales
  • A good knowledge of English and Dutch is required.
  • Negotiating is innate in you and you want to implement it everyday.
