Headit is looking for an ambitious and driven junior full of Sales potential!

About the company:

A vibrant company active in Real Estate, realizing total development projects in Belgium and European countries around.

Young, ambitious, and expanding their business, the team is looking for enthusiastic people with a passion for Sales to join their new location in Brussels (region of Woluwe-Saint-Lambert).

What will you do as a Junior Sales Representative?

  • Establish a connection with existing prospects.
  • Book meetings with prospective clients and assist them in their Real Estate investments.
  • Offer advise concerning best real estate choices, understand their specific wants, needs and expectations and propose them the best possible solution.
  • Guide clients through the process from A-Z, from the initial phone contact up until the closure.
  • Maintain a line of communication with your Sales Manager, who will support you when needed.

Who are we looking for?

  • Junior candidate full of motivation to launch a career in Sales!
  • Higher degree (Bachelor, Master, Management School), or equivalent by working experience.
  • Flexibility to organize client meetings 1-2 evenings per week (Mon-Fri).
  • Strong knowledge of French is a must. Knowledge of Dutch is a great asset.
  • Commercial attitude and professional presentation.
  • Hard working, Winner mentality and strong perseverance.
  • First experience in B2C or B2B client contact / sales is a plus.
