About Our Client

Our customer is a manufacturer of sustainable solutions designed for the construction industry.

Job Description

As HR & Talent Officer, you will be responsible for the following:

  • You focus on Talent and Performance management activities and liaise with the business to discuss their needs (performance, goals, training & development...)

  • You analyze the current training plan and propose new methodologies and make sure their answer current and future business needs

  • You ensure a qualitative and smooth organization of training courses and are in charge of the ad-hoc communication

  • You coordinate recruitment processes (discussion with hiring managers, sourcing, discussion with recruitment agencies, draft salary offers, onboarding...)

  • You act as first contact person for HR related topics for employees (European scope)

  • You participate to various HR projects and ensure the continuous optimization of HR processes

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • You hold a bachelor or master degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience

  • You can demonstrate more than 4 years of experience managing similar responsibilities

  • You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of French and English

  • You have the will to invest and get involved in a human and solid structure

  • You enjoy taking initiatives and managing different types of stakeholders in an international environment

  • You can manage your priorities with few guidance and enjoy being part of a HR team to share best practices
