Are you an experienced professional ready to lead and innovate in the field of maintenance? We’re searching for a dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee and enhance our maintenance and production processes. Join our vibrant team and spearhead exciting projects!

Your Role as Maintenance Manager:

???? Diagnose and resolve technical issues while supporting your team in identifying root causes.

????️ Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans.

???? Address maintenance-related matters within the Works Council and the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work.

???? Lead a team of up to 40 employees, fostering motivation, efficiency, and effective communication.

???? Stay abreast of industry trends and continuously update your expertise.

What We’re Looking For:

???? Master’s degree in industrial maintenance or a related field.

???? A minimum of 10 years’ experience managing maintenance activities in a production environment.

???? A practical, solution-oriented mindset with a thirst for knowledge.

???? Proven leadership skills and a team-oriented approach.

???? Excited by the challenge of working with complex industrial systems.

???? Fluent in French and strong proficiency in English.
