Your mission

You will act as a multi-tasks key support for the HR Legal & Social Affairs team in Belgium and assist the team in the day-to-day administration. You will join a small team within a large company, where good ideas and improvement are welcome and where we can rely on each other. You will report to the HR Legal & Social Affairs Manager and will be based in our HQ in Louvain-la-Neuve.

  • You will fully organize the company’s Work Council . This includes practical coordination and follow up with hotels, conference centers, translators/interpreters, contacts with unions/managers for practical issues, preparation of the presentations and writing the minutes.
  • You will also support the team in various administrative tasks, such as the preparation of all Belgian HR communications, the practical organization of meetings with the Belgian unions, the follow-up of the invoices and the collective labour agreements, the training subsidies and several data entry in our SAP HR.
Profil

Your talents

  • You have min. 5 years of experience in a management assistant role.
  • You are fluent in French. A good command of English & Dutch is a must.
  • You are a very good event-organizer, managing the stress of setting international events and have good communication & IT skills.
  • You are service-mindset, rigorous and have strong sense of confidentiality
  • You are looking for a part-time (50%)
