From cleaning of all kinds of tank sizes, machines and equipment to coating lines in industry and gas conditioning systems ( DeNox-DeSox – SNCR/SCR) in waste incinerations and cement plants . To ensure their growth we are looking for a managing supervisor sales / area sales manager air quality control systems (AQCS Division) (m/v/x) for the Benelux.

Function

  • You have a double role:
  • On the one hand, you have personal field sales responsibility in the dynamic air quality control systems market, which will take up approximately 80% of your time.
  • On the other hand, you are responsible for the daily operations, loss and profit of the company in the Benelux. This implies overall supervision of both indoor and sales activities, controlling the KPIs, people management of the administration and sales force, and ensuring long-term business development in different industries on a higher level.
    • You cooperate with other international affiliates on a regular basis.
    • You work closely with the German HQ of the company, while developing and implementing the group’s marketing and business strategy in the Benelux market.

    Profile

    • Relevant Bachelor or Master degree (preferably in process engineering, chemical or electromechanics).
    • You have an efficient, cost & target-oriented working style.
    • You use the right mix of technical insight, commercial feeling and negotiation skills in technical sales.
    • You are team-oriented, with a communicative leadership style
    • You have good planning and organizational skills.
    • You have good communication skills.
    • Good command of Dutch, French and English.
