Then perhaps this varied temporary job as MarCom Support is something for you! In this position, you’ll offer all-round support (organisational, practical, administrative, ...) to our UBS MarCom team. Interested in this diverse role? We want to hear from you!

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Organising company visits

  • You coordinate company visits and communicate with the different stakeholders (requestor, company guides, service providers, horeca, ...).
  • You coordinate price offers and orders with our Purchase team.
  • You prepare meeting rooms and locations for the visitors.
  • You keep the company visit planning up-to-date and manage the accompanying to do list.
  • You take the lead in updating and improving the company visit procedure.

Support of internal events

  • You offer support in the coordination and organisation of small, recurring internal events.

Various MarCom support tasks

  • You perform various support tasks for ‘internal clients’.
  • You check, correct and update existing PowerPoint presentations or create new ones.
  • You create and order promotional material and manage a small stock of promo material on our Tienen site.

General MarCom administration & support tasks

  • You prepare material for shipments, sponsoring, archiving, promo material requests from departments, material for visits or events, ...
  • You do all kinds of DTP work (editing or updating all sorts of documents, intranet pages, (paper) mailings, ...
  • You update our picture library.
  • You check and transfer files from our server to our SharePoint site.
  • You update the lay-out and/or content of commercial or technical assets in Adobe InDesign or Photoshop.
  • You take care of the practical processing and handling of results of online and offline mailings (Mailchimp or paper).

Sporadic back-up for reception

  • You sporadically fill in for our reception desk when our Front Desk Officer Joke is absent.
  • You answer and redirect incoming calls.
  • You welcome and guide visitors.
  • You handle horeca or travel reservations upon request.
  • You handle incoming and outgoing postal documents.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You’re communicative, stress-resistant and a team player.
  • You’re a well-organised, flexible multitasker and can switch between tasks easily.
  • You’re enthusiastic and have a positive mindset.
  • You work with respect for confidentiality.
  • You have strong organisational and planning skills.
  • You speak and write Dutch and English fluently. French is a plus.
  • You know the ins and outs of the MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ...).
  • You have experience working with the Adobe Creative Cloud package (InDesign, Photoshop, ...).
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Management Assistant, Marketing and/or Communications or equivalent experience.

OUR OFFER

  • A full-time temporary job for a period of 6 months.
  • The possibility to work from home 2 days a week, except on days of company visits or events.
  • A (first) experience in Marketing Communications with a diverse task package.
