Looking for a data driven Marketing Operations Manager to join us on our mission.
You’ll be joining our growing marketing and revenue operations teams and you’ll be supported by a marketing data analyst and marketing automation specialist. Together you accelerate our demand generation engine and align our Marketing efforts across regions and departments…..
You’ll create scalable processes for lead management and marketing data analytics. You’ll have the opportunity to optimize and integrate the marketing tech stack; or even recommend investment needs for acquisition.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive excellence in our marketing automation systems and processes
- Partner with Marketing Leadership and teams to launch campaigns and optimize results for revenue-positive marketing programs
- Partner with our data team to perform in-depth analysis for marketing initiatives and programs: forecast, identify trends, solve problems, and advise on budget allocation
- Collaborate with Growth, Revenue Operations, and Sales leadership to ensure best in class response to top of funnel
- Support execution of multi-channel marketing strategies and align various stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to shared pipeline goals
- Identify, scope, and build business cases for new capabilities required to scale: People, Process, and Tools

You’d be a great fit if you have/are:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Marketing operations at a scale-up SaaS organization
- Previous experience building marketing technology stacks with Hubspot and integrating tools to support business objectives
- Ability to execute marketing operations concepts including workflow management, segmentation, reporting, and the marketing funnel
- Deep knowledge in various performance marketing and demand generation channels (SEM, SEO, display, Content marketing, Review websites, Retargeting, Email, Offline, etc.)
- Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to balance multiple project and deliverables
- Sharp analytical skills, with experience providing data analysis
- Excited (!) about building out marketing operations processes and cadences and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty. You’ll have the opportunity to make a tremendous commercial impact.
