Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Material Planner who is solution-oriented and collaborative to join our Clinical Manufacturing Supply & Logistics team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.
About The Role
You will ensure the timely and compliant supply of materials and products to support GMP and non-GMP activities within Clinical Manufacturing.
Who You Will Work With
You’re going to collaborate with a dynamic team of supply experts, QA professionals, and cross-functional stakeholders to support clinical campaigns and improvement projects.
What You Will Do
- You will coordinate material and product needs from forecasting to release.
- You will be responsible for securing supply for clinical campaigns with QA and stakeholders.
- You will manage minimum stock levels and monitor expiry dates and destructions.
- You will be the main point of contact for suppliers regarding material needs.
- You will write complaints, deviations, and Change Controls and ensure timely follow-up.
- You will support and implement improvement projects based on operational needs.
Interested?
For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree.
- You have experience in supply or material provisioning, ideally in a Biopharma or GMP environment.
- You have strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- You are proficient in SAP and MS Office (especially Excel).
- You are proactive, agile, and solution-driven.
- You are fluent in French and English.
