Function

  • You take to heart the mechanical development of new products (R&D project).
  • You work on several R&D projects in parallel.
  • You draw out these products in Inventor.
  • You are creative in finding technical solutions. You have good spatial insight.
  • You can work and report in a structured way.
  • You model the new products accurately in the ERP production model.
  • You request quotations from suppliers.
  • You test prototypes yourself together with the R&D technician.

Profile

  • You have a higher education degree (master level)in a technical direction
  • You have a first work experience, min. 3 years of experience.
  • You have a general interest in technology and engineering. You also like to keep up to date and regularly learn new technologies
  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English
  • You have a sense of order, you are handy and are not afraid to help install and regularly roll up your sleeves
  • You are not afraid to plan your own work and that of your team. You get things done and you enjoy bringing R&D projects to a successful end
  • You have a natural helicopter view, you work in a calculated and reasoned way and you set priorities automatically
  • You are a fluent communicator (at various levels) who - with the necessary empathy and essential strategic insight - works in a result-oriented and diplomatic way
