Join a dynamic team within the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, where your expertise will ensure compliance and efficiency in crucial qualification and validation processes.

As a prospective candidate, you are a detail-oriented professional with experience as a QA Qualification/Validation Contractor, ready to contribute to innovative projects and uphold high regulatory standards.

  • You support the QA Engineering department by ensuring compliance with qualification/validation regulatory and procedural requirements.
  • You review and approve qualification/validation documents and quality records such as SOPs, user requirements, and test plans.
  • You collaborate with engineering teams to introduce new or upgraded systems and processes, providing guidance on qualification/validation activities.
  • You address and follow up on deviations observed during qualification/validation executions.
  • You communicate the status of quality and compliance to team members within the QA qualification/validation domain.
  • You translate complex technical information into understandable insights for all organizational levels.
  • You manage multiple tasks effectively while adhering to tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

What are we looking for?

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in the chemical and/or pharmaceutical industry focused on qualification/validation.
  • You possess a strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and guidelines.
  • You are familiar with systems including Manufacturing, Lab, Building, Utility, IT, Automation systems.
  • You have experience with problem report and change request systems such as Trackwise.
  • You can operate document management systems like TruVault.
  • You are skilled in using test tools such as Kneat.
  • You are an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • You can work independently and thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
  • You can effectively estimate urgency and impact of critical decisions in your function.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch (both written and spoken).
