About the Challenge
As a back-end engineer at Corilus, you contribute to the development of medical software to make the lives of healthcare providers more efficient. Are you looking for a challenging environment with many career opportunities, where autonomy and flexibility are key? Then you might be the Node.js back-end engineer we are looking for!
As Node.js back-end engineer, you’ll be part of a small team harnessing tons of experience. Within an Agile experience, you’ll find we advance quickly from problem to solution.
  • You’ll get a lot of autonomy to further develop our application and to ensure an optimal user experience
  • You’ll be in charge of the entire application development process, from analysis over development to testing and quality control
  • You’ll have the support of an experienced team that values technical quality as much as a fun workplace
You’ll be doing all this within Into.care, a driven start-up that recently joined Corilus. Into.care specializes in developing an efficient app for residential care centers.
Your Skills
You’re interested in going through the entire process, from functional analyses to testing. Complex back-end architectures are no mystery to you. You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English and love working with the latest technologies and trend.
You Have
  • Extensive knowhow in Node.js (preferably in TypeScript)
  • Experience with cloud development (preferably AWS)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Cod (AWS CloudFormation or CDK)
  • Experience with at least one NoSQL Database
Nice-to-haves
  • Extensive knowledge of Git version control systems
  • Elasticsearch, microservices, serverless or open-source contributor
