Your Mission

You will be responsible for the general operation of our office and the supervision of our office life to ensure that we can alloperate smoothly and efficiently.

You will contribute to:

  • Coordinate and organize office activities
  • Oversee stock of office supplies
  • Greet visitors at the office and answer incoming phone calls
  • Make payments on behalf of the company
  • Manage payroll
  • Manage client invoicing
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
  • Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews, and transport
  • Support staff in various administrative tasks
  • Organize company events and parties

Your profile

You will be the perfect fit for this role if you are:

  • French speaker with English full professional proficiency
  • Soft skilled: you demonstrate a positive attitude, a great team spirit, proactivity, and autonomy.
  • Experienced with administrative and clerical work
  • Competent with Microsoft Office suite
  • able to multitask

Interview process

  • Introduction call (20 min): exchange & validation of information by phone
  • 1st interview (60 min): better understand what you are good at, what you don’t want to do anymore, and what you’d like to learn.
  • 2d interview (60 min): you will get the chance to meet our co-founders and the team you will work with
  • Reference taking: exchange with at least 2 former managers.
