My client is a company in Medical Devices and IVD’s that is looking for an Manager to lead the Operations team. Their products really impact the diagnosis of the end user and you will be proud about being a part of these items.
You will be leading a team of specialists, gain more management experience which will place you firmly on the job market.

Responsibilities:
You will be directing and coordinating operations activities (manufacturing, quality control, supply chain, operations engineering, environmental health and safety).
You will be generating the production schedule and supplier forecast to meet sales and inventory objectives for designated product lines.
You will be ensuring that the finished goods and raw material stock are at target level.
You will be managing staff in operations.
You need to manage operations budgets and expenditures.
You will responsible for the operations KPIs.
You will ensure compliance with ISO13485
You need to report performance in assigned areas.
You will need to plan, develop and implement organization policies and goals accordingly
You need to monitor and evaluate workflow, assembly and testing methods and implement the continuous improvement.

Requirements:
You have 5+ years experience in the Manufacturing of Medical Devices.
A great plus if you also have experience in the manufacture of IVD.
You know how to direct and lead a multi-disciplined operation.
You have experience in Talent Development.
You know how to manage based on the continuous improvement of key metrics.
You have strong communication skills and know how to communicate to all levels of customers.
You have a great way of motivating others
You have proven knowledge of cost control systems in a manufacturing environment
ISO Regulations are common to you
Stock, inventory and supply chain management
You habe excellent knowlegde of Dutch and English
