Overview:

We are seeking a talented, experienced and proven OSS Architect that has a passion for systems architecture, infrastructure and data management, automations, optimization and security governance. We need someone who has strong knowledge and a track record of managing at an enterprise level OSS ecosystem supporting communications networking infrastructure and critical customer services with BSS integration supporting and enabling service management.

This person must have experience in developing high level and detailed requirements and solutions both technically and commercially collaborating with multi-level/functional customers both internally and externally, focused on delivering value.


Responsibilities:
The OSS Architect will play a key role globally bridging systems, data, process and security management between OSS and BSS working together with our IT organization with a focused on supporting operational systems and data that support our customer services. A strong proven change leader with experience is required to drive changes and improvements from people, process and technology programs.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
BS in Engineering, computer science or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications/training, or equivalent work experience

POSITION SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Systems architectural experience in designing, implementing and managing large complex OSS ecosystems of infrastructure, systems, data, access, API’s, automations and security.
  • Vendor management experience working to deliver operational business requirements both technically and commercially.
  • Customer management experience both external and internal ensuring the delivery of value.
  • Data management experience developing, implementing and managing CMDB’s, data lakes/warehouses and API’s.
  • Experience in implementing and managing enterprise level M&C/NMS systems from vendor specific to COTS manager of manager.
  • Enterprise level event management system process and systems solutions.
  • Automation process and system solutions.
  • ITSM process and systems solutions.


ADDITIONAL SKILLS


  • Cloud and on-prem infrastructure management
  • ITIL service management certifications or proven experience.
  • Enterprise Network/Communications service management experience.
  • Agile Project management experience.
