Do you have great knowledge about and experience in business partnering? Do you have an interest in further developing people experience and to drive change in this area? Then this is the opportunity for you.
We are looking for a People Experience (‘PX’) Partner Benelux, based at our Operations Site in Waremme and Antwerp Belgium.
Together with the PX Team, you partner with the local managers and employees to drive and enhance local People Experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing an exceptional employee experience throughout the entire employee journey
- Provide first line support to local managers in Benelux (in Operations and Commercial) for people related matters
- Support local organizational activities, implement changes, including consultation and people changes
- Ensure local people processes and policies are in line with employment law, best practice and other regulations
- Manage employee relations processes
- Own various aspects of the performance and compensation cycle and processes, ensuring local Total Reward & Benefits activities are aligned to Mӧlnlycke’s Global Reward principles
- Responsible for local benefit programs
- Drive the local competence development, support local learning programs
- Work closely with our recruitment provider (RPO) in talent acquisition and support recruitments for local positions out of the scope of the RPO model
Qualifications and experience:
- University Business Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- Successful experience as a People Experience Partner of 3 years minimum and 5+ years in generalist roles in international Human Resources
- Excellent knowledge of country labour regulations and laws
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and customer service orientation
- A positive attitude, with a passion to win
- Collaborative working style engendering strong team spirit
- Ability to self-start and self-motivate, problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Process-orientation and process improvement mindset
- Proficient knowledge of French and English, Dutch is a plus
- Willingness to travel bi-weekly to Antwerp
