Your ‘day to day’ as Performance Delivery Manager
PMO and portfolio management;
  • Own the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure portfolio of programs are defined, set up for success and delivered in quality – through project/program standards, resource management, cascade of governance, gates etc.
  • Co-lead, support strategy processes including project management of supply chain Operations elements that fit into operations strategy
  • Develop and launch digital tools that will help simplify the planning process from operational activities
  • Organizational change to help succeed
  • Showcase the highest quality of the culture of operations in PMI – Be forward leaning, consumer centric and an empowering leader
  • Be a soundboard/advisor to your supply chain colleagues, bringing in external point of views towards benchmark of performance, capabilities or people skills

Performance management;
  • Lead the performance cycle and deliver the results for Supply Chain
  • Bring analytics as a capability to be able to help SC solve for the gaps including predicting possible risks to delivery of results
  • Establish standard performance management systems across the world – to enable visibility, intervention at the right frequency

Who we’re looking for
  • Bachelor or Master level
  • You have a minimum of 8 years’ experience with PMO, portfolio management and performance governance
  • You have a strong PMO experience with experience in either or a combination of finance, strategy, large scale delivery of transformation
  • Strategy or analytics background
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills, thoughtful and diplomatic
  • High sense of urgency and ability to react quickly and effectively
  • Excellent analytical and learning capabilities
