To join our International Mobility Services (Personal income tax) team, we are looking for a new junior member with growth potential, based in Namur or Liège, who is a recent or upcoming graduate and can start at BDO.

What will you be doing?

Duties

After an orientation and training period, you will join a team that provides confidential advice to HR and financial management on the tax and legal aspects of their (human resources) policies. Your duties include:

  • Advising on and setting up structures for simultaneous employment in various countries (salary splits)
  • Advising on the Belgian special tax regime for foreign executives and specialists (expats)
  • Advising on the consequences of working abroad in terms of tax, social security and labour law (secondment, transfers, etc.)
  • Supporting the annual compliance process (tax returns, payroll calculations, following up on procedures, etc.)
  • Advising on and implementation of share-related compensation (stock options, share plans, etc.)

What do you bring to the table?

  • You will graduate this year or have one or two years of experience
  • You hold a Master degree in Management, Economics or Law
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills; written and spoken fluency in French and English is essential. Dutch is also a strong asset
  • You have a strong, dynamic personality and you are driven, committed and pragmatic
  • You have a commercial mentality and are quality-oriented in your work
  • You are proactive, act with integrity and enjoy taking initiative and responsibility
